Why “don’t be agile”?
Throughout my 10+ years working as a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach with 70+ teams I frequently hear discussions about “how agile are we?”, “is what we’re doing agile?” etc.
I don’t enjoy them at all.
It seems to me that many companies or people are doing agility for the sake of doing agility. Because it’s trendy, because somebody said so.
Whether it’s agile or not does not matter. What matters is what problem are we solving and what approach should we use to nudge us in the right direction.
